RETURN or EXCHANGE POLICY

• We encourage all customers to thoroughly check the furniture upon delivery as returns / exchanges will only be accepted with permission from management
• No claims will be accepted for floor models or merchandise after it is placed in the customer's home unless it was an original manufacturers defect
• All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods
